Someone is building a medieval fortress in rural Arkansas. At first this seems like another one of those weird Americana things, like the Nashville Parthenon, but the Ozark Medieval Fortress folks are trying to use actual medieval building techniques, so it seems like there's actually a whole lot to be learned from this project.
Anyways, if I'm ever within seventy miles of this place I'm going to do whatever I can to make a visit.
I have a feeling that it is going to be an important place in the post-apocalypse.

I vaguely remember a History Channel spot about something similar happening in France a few years ago.
